Properly Cancelling Your Account

Automations
Go to Automations in the left menu, click the 3 dots to the right of every Workflow including those in folders, and either select "Delete Workflow" or "Draft Workflow".
Integrations
You will need to disconnect all integrations and apps. These can be found in the Social Planner under the Marketing tab, in Integrations under Settings, and in the App Marketplace. You will need to also cancel all 3rd party subscriptions with app providers, as deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Follow the process of each 3rd party provider to cancel.
Phone Number
Delete all phone numbers under Settings then Phone Numbers. Click the 3 dots to the right of each number and select Delete Phone Number. If you wish to port the number to a new provider, complete the port prior to this step.
What If I Don't Do All of This
Failure to complete these 3 steps prior to cancelling your account may cause Per Action Charges to continue to occur for things like phone numbers charges or AI or other PAC actions in workflows. Not removing integrations prior to cancelling may cause issues with integrating future software with those platforms.

Contact support to cancel your account once these steps are completed.
